Your inbox sorts itself.
You do nothing.

How it works

Three steps to a sorted inbox

01

Connect

Connect your Google account. inbx only ever reads incoming mail — your Sent folder stays untouched.

02

Review

The AI suggests labels at the depth you choose. You correct them before anything gets sorted.

Shopping / AmazonFinance / Bills / ElectricityNewsletters

03

Go

New mail lands in the right place automatically. The activity log shows every decision, traceably.

Built for Gmail

inbx connects straight to the Gmail API — no forwarding rules, no third-party inbox, nothing to migrate.

Inbox-only, by design

inbx watches incoming mail only. It never reads, sends, or touches anything in your Sent folder.

Every decision, logged

Every label inbx applies shows up in your activity log, so nothing happens silently.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Why is there a waitlist?+

inbx is currently going through Google's OAuth app verification, which caps us at 100 connected accounts in the meantime. Joining the waitlist reserves you a spot as they open up.

What happens after I join the waitlist?+

We'll email you an invite as a spot opens up. Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't create a subscription.

Can I try inbx before signing up?+

Yes — the live demo walks through the full flow with sample data, no account or waitlist spot required.

Does inbx ever read my sent mail?+

No. inbx only watches incoming mail in your inbox. Sent mail is never accessed.
